If your product is faulty we will happily work with you to resolve the issue!
Please send us an email with your order number or proof of purchase, with a description and any additional photos or video to help describe what the fault is. We may request photos and or videos of products to determine if there is a fault or may request products be returned first for inspection.

Please keep in mind, we have a $10 redelivery fee for Australian orders that applies for the below reasons.
- Incorrect postal address entered at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Not picking up your order from the post office or courier depot causing your order to be sent back to us.
